Driving Force

In the dusty streets of Mumbai it is commonplace to see motorbikes hurtling along the roads transporting their riders from A to B.  However if estimations are correct, car industry analysts have predicted that a smaller, cheaper car developed by Tato Nano will be the new revolutionary automobile.

Proclaimed to be the world’s cheapest car, the Nano will cost 100,000 rupees (£1,366) and is likely to be on sale all over India very soon, hopefully seeing profits in the next five or six years.  Obviously this is a long way off if you were thinking of including this concept in your portfolio of spread betting, but it’s certainly something you should keep an eye on and consider for the future.  As always advised, analyse your spread betting intentions carefully and having this information about the Tato Nano at such an early stage is an advantage for any spread betters who may take this prediction into account.

If this smart little car does indeed encourage Indians to trade up on their motorbikes and demands are met, Tato Nano will indeed become a success story increasing their profits rather than a former company who disappeared in the recession.

Like all companies at the moment there is nothing to report but losses within the profit margins. However as spread betting on losses is dissallowed at the moment, spread betters can only look to the future and assess what will be a nice little earner for their spread betting accounts.
